1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • The product is defective or not functioning properly

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product does not match the description shown on our website

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals and warranty cards must be included


2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned unless they are defective:

  • Software or digital products

  • Opened or used electronics

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance or special discount items


3. Replacement Policy

If your product is eligible for a replacement:

  • We will inspect the item after receiving your return

  • Once approved, a new replacement unit will be sent to you

  • Replacement may take 3–7 business days, depending on stock availability


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only if:

  • Replacement is not possible

  • The product is out of stock

  • You received a wrong or non-functional item and no replacement is available

Refunds will be issued through:

  • Bank transfer

  • Mobile banking (Bkash/Nagad)

  • Same payment method used during purchase

Refund processing time: 3–10 business days.


5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
After shipment, cancellation is not possible.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once the product is dispatched.


6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a defective or wrong product, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If you return the product for personal reasons (change of mind), you must pay the return shipping cost.


7. Product Inspection

All returned items are inspected by our technical team.
If we find that:

  • The product was misused

  • Damaged intentionally

  • Parts are missing
    Then the return or refund request will be rejected.
